We are a family run guest house providing a friendly atmosphere and conveniently located for Poole Quay and marinas which are ideal for sailing enthusiasts.

For those who wish to go France or Channel Islands the ferry terminal is only five minutes drive.

We cater for private and commercial business.

Our breakfast is freshly cooked to order and served in the breakfast room which opens out into the garden. Whether you have a small appetite or large we offer full English or vegetarian also a selection of cereals, various types of tea and coffee, fruit juices and toast with a variety of preserves.

• All our rooms are en-suite with free internet access.

• Iron & ironing board are available on request.

• Drying facilities are available for drying your sailing/diving equipment.

• For easy parking we have a large car park and offer garaging for motorbikes and bicycles.

• We operate a non-smoking policy but feel free to use the enclosed patio area with comfy seating.
